The Pro version of this script calculates the APR and Monthly Payment values for you and give your potential client a break down of how they arrived at that APR by clicking on the APR. For accurate APR assessment, extra data is collected in the Admin Pannel such as Closing Costs and Loan Term, and from there the script figures out all the numbers based on a $100,000 loan.
